She is also the creator of P.O.W.E.R. Principles w/PorsheaRae™, a Kingdom based video series allowing her to create a personal brand that expands internationally. She is a former speaker for Monster Worldwide’s Making It Count and Diversity Leadership programs, and Founder of the ’MIC Speakers Meeting Spot’ a social networking site dedicated to Making It Count speakers, aspiring MIC speakers and their supporters.
